In this way, you can allow your church members to see the classes available at their church and register for them online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/calvarychapelrosarito.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Classes.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31866\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a class, click on <strong>Add a class<\/strong> on the <strong>Classes<\/strong> page, or click on <strong>Add a class<\/strong> under the <strong>Classes <\/strong>sub-menu in your Church Admin backend menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Some key things to know when creating a class:<\/strong><br>If the class you are creating is ongoing, you willl need to re-create the class every semester.<br>If you will be tracking attendance for this class, you will need to specify how often the classes take place, whether that be once a week or every day. If you don\u2019t specify this, you will not be able to mark a person\u2019s attendance to that class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/calvarychapelrosarito.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Add-A-Class.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31867\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most fields in the <strong>Add a class<\/strong> form are optional, however, make sure to add the name, dates, and times.  At the bottom click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important<\/strong>: If you plan on entering class attendance later, make sure to enter the names of those who will attend the class, under <strong>Add some people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/calvarychapelrosarito.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Classes2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31868\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the class I entered is already over, it appears under a <strong>Past Classes<\/strong> tag. If I were to enter a currently ongoing class, it would appear<strong> <\/strong>in the same list without the<strong> Past Classes<\/strong> tag.  In this list, you can edit or delete classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you enter<strong> <\/strong>attendance for your classes, you can select the class and dates you would like to see, and an attendance graph will display.
